Ebet offers proven products, including customer engagement and relationship management solutions, cashless gaming systems with mag-stripe and smart-card technology and back-office productivity tools for clubs, hotels and casinos. Ebet also provides risk management tools to assist with the Responsible Service of Gaming and AML/CTF, as well as reporting tools allowing extensive data collection through gaming, member, and POS activity.

Frank brings extensive expertise in the hospitality and gaming sector, leading complex projects across multiple jurisdictions as both a venue operator and technology supplier. He is the Chair of the NSW Responsible Gaming Industry Forum, uniting industry peak bodies to address responsible gaming and harm minimisation.

Frank has held Chief Executive and Managing Director roles in top ASX 100 companies and has been a Ministerial Appointment to Advisory Committees. Deeply embedded in the gaming industry, Frank continues to drive improvements in industry standards and best practices.

As a strategist, organisational leader, and entrepreneur, Frank has over 20 years of experience in the gaming sector, leading and executing complex projects across venues, government, and industry.

Mandy brings a wealth of experience to the gaming industry, having held a diverse range of senior positions focused on technical innovation, product development, strategic positioning, marketing, and customer loyalty. With extensive networks spanning Australia, Asia, the USA, and Europe, Mandy leads the charge in technology implementation within the gaming sector.

She works extensively with big data analytics, including machine learning, video analytics, and facial recognition technologies. As an industry advocate, Mandy possesses an unrivalled depth of understanding and passion for the gaming industry's future success, driven by the integration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Paul is a seasoned data and analytics professional with a proven track record of implementing data solutions across various industries and software technologies. He excels in managing cross-functional teams across different geographic locations, aligning requirements with strategy, and delivering comprehensive data and analytics solutions from inception to completion.

With extensive expertise in ERP systems and CRMs, Paul oversees the governance, development, and implementation of Ebet Systems.

 He has a deep understanding of gaming machine providers and unique technology partners within the sector and has delivered integrated business intelligence and data analytics solutions to hospitality venues for many years.

Louise oversee's all customer-facing interactions, including Sales, Support, and Customer engagement. With 18 years of experience at Ebet, Louise has held key roles in training and implementation, product management, and business development. A key part of her leadership has been a focus on delivering industry-leading, right-sized solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the gaming industry.

Louise also played a pivotal role in the rollout of Ebet's systems in Victoria, where she spent 9 years, ultimately becoming the state manager.

Louise’s commitment to innovation, service excellence, and strong customer relationships ensures that Ebet remains a leader in providing the most effective solutions for its clients.

Darren is responsible for the sales of Ebet systems and ancillaries’ products including digital and new developing products. He also manages and develops the state sales team.

A CMAA Hall of Fame inductee, Darren is skilled at driving new business, managing a team and customer relationships.  He loves being part of a winning team at Ebet and living a life filled with personal happiness.

Sally leads Ebet's product development process, driving projects from initial concept to final launch. With a keen eye for innovation, market analysis and customer satisfaction, she collaborates across all Ebet teams, to ensure every product meets or exceeds quality and sustainability benchmarks.

Known for her communication and relationship management skills, Sally is the go-to person for fostering a responsive and collaborative environment. She recently spearheaded the development and successful launch of Ebet’s cardit+ cashless gaming trail product in NSW. Sally's sights are now set on creating the next groundbreaking innovation in the gaming industry.

Fiona is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with Ebet’s customers. Known for her attention to detail and customer-centric approach, she collaborates closely with the sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience during the implementation of Ebet products.

Fiona identifies customer training needs and conducts informative sessions, supported by comprehensive reference documentation. She also manages a team of Customer Experience Consultants, all committed to delivering exceptional service. With over 20 years at Ebet, Fiona remains passionate about her role, the business, and the industry. 

Vince oversees gaming system projects from the initial installation of hardware and software through to full project management. He played a pivotal role as the product manager for the introduction of the New Payments Platform (NPP) at Next Payments, a partner with Ebet for the Cashless Gaming Trial.

With 35 years of experience in hospitality and gaming as both a venue manager and a technical supplier, Vince combines his industry expertise with a teaching diploma to excel in his various roles and projects.
