The Ebet Crossroads Exchange Program has been developed to offer a hands-on enrichment experience for up-and-coming staff. Participants will be exposed to new ideas, challenges, processes, and procedures, and will broaden their knowledge through the guidance of industry mentors.

We invite you to share some details about the staff members interested in the program, including their career aspirations and areas where they may benefit the most from the experience – whether it be in Gaming, Food & Beverage, Operations, Marketing, People & Culture, or other areas. This will help us find the best match available for each participant. *

This is an ideal opportunity for middle or junior managers who are seeking a career pathway in the hospitality industry. Candidates will gain valuable knowledge and experience, benefiting both the individuals and the venue.
